Sales - pre and postÂ
   Adding  new contacts to the database
   Managing client lists and waitlists and provide Founder with regular update
ï‚·Â Â Â Doing research on new clients and institutions
ï‚·Â Â Â Working with the sales team to prepare allocations prior to the opening of a show or fair
ï‚·Â Â Â Coordinating client mail-outs for every show and fair
ï‚·Â Â Â Making pdf and Private Views offers upon request
ï‚·Â Â Â Addressing sales inquiries and preparing offers to send via email, WhatsApp and WeChat
ï‚·Â Â Â Writing correspondence on behalf of FounderÂ
ï‚·Â Â Â Recording client correspondence in Artlogic
ï‚·Â Â Â Completing sales forms and pass to sales assistant team for post sales procedures such as anti-money laundering checks to invoicing
ï‚·Â Â Â Coordinating museum loans and acquisitions with clients
ï‚·Â Â Â Coordinating secondary consignments
ï‚·Â Â Â Working at private views and events as required
Meetings
Managing all aspects of Founder’s personal and professional schedule (including coordinating her calendar, sending reminders, managing calls, RSVPing to events, etc).
   Scheduling and attending Founder’s online meetings (including preparing agendas, material for discussion and circulating meeting notes to relevant staff)
   Planning client meetings, sourcing venues and locationsanaging all aspects of Founder's personal and professional schedule (including coordinating her calendar, sending reminders, managing calls, RSVPing to events, etc).
   Scheduling and attending Founder’s online meetings (including preparing agendas, material for discussion and circulating meeting notes to relevant staff)
