PA to HNWI - Amazing PA opportunity supporting a High Net Worth family based in Green Park.

  • Fully office based: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Salary: 55k-65k
  • Location: Mayfair - close to Green Park station

You will have impeccable attention to detail, and proven PA/EA experience supporting high net worth individuals, and be comfortable working in a small team in the beautiful London office.

We're looking for an organised PA/EA with excellent communication skills.

Tasks include:

  • Diary management across multiple time zones for Principals
  • Meeting coordination, hosting VIP guests
  • Organising international travel for Principals and Executives
  • Coordinating events, sending invites, creating guest lists
  • Booking restaurants and functions
  • Liaising with contacts across global locations
  • Processing invoices and expenses

Person specification:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, and administrative coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, adaptable and professional
  • Able to work confidentially
