PA to Ops Director

West London - 5 days in

A well established property development company based in London are now looking for a PA to join them in their West London office to look after the Ops Director, managing his diary and inbox, preparing presentations and managing his day to day to make sure it runs smoothly as he is extremely busy.

Responsibilities:

  • Full diary and inbox management including monitoring important emails.
  • Type minutes for meetings and distribute in a timely manner.
  • Assist with creating presentations, letters, memos ext.
  • Set up room for meetings / send video conference details.
  • Expenses / Mileage and other such claims.
  • Arrange staff conferences and social events for team.
  • Manage annual leave.
  • Collating, binding and distributing monthly packs
  • General administration.

Requirements:

  • Highly efficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in a simiar role ideally taking minutes and preparing presentations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and ability to proof read emails, memos, reports ext.
