As a Paediatric Sister forUrgent Care, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality nursing care for children and families.
- Oversee the department, promoting continuous improvement in patient care through research and evidence-based practice.
- Manage emergency consultations, diagnostic tests, and minor procedures in the Paediatric Urgent Care Centre.
- Lead and support a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and conduct audits as necessary.
- Maintain excellent communication with both patients and staff.
