Overview

Brand new opportunity to join an incredible wellness retailer that is looking for a skilled and experienced Paid Social Lead or Head of Paid Social to take ownership of their paid social strategy and execution. With the primary focus on scaling paid social to match the success of their paid search campaigns, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on growth, innovation, and making an impact.

The Role

  • Develop and implement a top-level paid social strategy, focusing on scaling monthly budgets significantly over the next 12-18 months.
  • Handle hands-on media buying and campaign management across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok, with potential expansion to Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Manage weekly creative strategies, including briefing in-house designers and UGC agencies to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with external partners and in-house teams, including designers and copywriters.
  • Frequently conduct creative and non-creative tests to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on company-wide activations and utilise attribution tools to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with platform representatives, such as Meta reps.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in paid social.
  • Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and solid experience with TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or other platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, including briefing designers and UGC agencies, and recognising what makes ad creatives perform well.
  • A proven track record in scaling paid social campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Comfortable managing people and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a high work ethic, hunger for growth, and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure clarity and collaboration across remote or hybrid teams.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort with high autonomy and responsibility.
  • A background in consumer goods (e.g., fashion, food, beauty) is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness, aligning with the company’s values and culture.
  • Excellent communication skills including English fluency.

Location

London: Hybrid or remote. Our preference is for candidates who can work hybrid from the office in London, but fully remote candidates will also be considered in the UK and Europe.

Salary

Competitive, ranging from £55k to £70k depending on experience and seniority.
