Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Paraplanner with leadership skills to take full responsibility for the training, mentoring and development of a small team of talented Junior Paraplanners. ** This is a newly created opportunity to guide a small team of top performing chosen individuals

** Provide high quality day to day management for their growing team of Trainee Paraplanners

** Assist in building a clear training framework across the wider business to form a clear career pathway to incentivise and reward talent within the business

** Full responsibility for guidance, coaching, mentoring, managing daily workflow, conducting regular meetings/1-2-1s, drive change, enjoy wider management projects, recruitment, produce MI packs for meetings and work closely with other senior members across the business.

** Will suit a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner with evidence of Management and strong technical Paraplanning skills
