A prestigious residential building in Knightsbridge is looking for a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Porter to help maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and polish entrance doors, glass partitions, handrails, and door furniture.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Check and clean communal areas, removing litter and ensuring high standards are upheld.
  • Maintain external areas by sweeping and litter picking as needed.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with deliveries and ensure secure handling.
  • Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on-site.
  • Monitor building security, ensuring communal doors remain closed at all times.
