Our client is a well-established, family-run dealership based in Southeast London. They're seeking a Parts Advisor to join their friendly, professional team. If you're looking to work in a business that values its people and provides a supportive environment, this could be the perfect move for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers and workshop staff with parts queries in person, over the phone, and by email
- Using Pinnacle (or similar systems) to locate, order, and manage parts inventory
- Supporting the service department with timely and accurate parts supply
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised parts department
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a franchised dealership parts role (essential)
- Knowledge of Pinnacle or similar systems (advantageous)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
