About the role
Working in a mid-level management role within the Pastry team of one of Londons most respected 5 Star Hotels. As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high standards of patisserie mis-en-place and service for the Restaurants, Banqueting, Bar and Room Service.
This is a rare all-round desirable opportunity reasonable weekly hours (40 & Straight Shifts), quality establishment with excellent benefits and a people centric culture.
About You
Were looking for a classically trained Pastry Junior Sous Chef who has gained experience within leading hotels or restaurants. Everything is made in house, so you need knowledge of a variety of hot and cold desserts, ice creams, tempered chocolate, and larger scale mis-en-place for events.
A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a team of 6 Pastry Chefs, whilst promoting the company values.
