Leading daily pastry kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes leave the kitchen
Supporting and mentoring the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Upholding hygiene, food safety, and brand standards to the highest level
Managing stock, minimizing waste, and assisting with food orders and payroll administration
Working closely with the wider F&B team to enhance the guest experience
Required:
Passionate, hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail
Previous experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef in leading hotels
Level 3 Food Hygiene certification (Mandatory) & Food Allergy Training Certificate
