AsPastry Sous Chef youmust have an understanding of all areas of Pastry - including lamination, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread fermentation and of course, modern European desserts. We are looking for someone proactive and with good attitude that can manage the junior team. Long-term career development is guaranteed, and you will be trained to growth within the restaurant group to become a more senior Chef in the future. Rota of 4 doubles / 3 days off and salary depending on experience.
