Your Role

As Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to oversee the creation of desserts, breads, and other baked goods. You will have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas to our menu while maintaining the consistency and precision required in a Michelin-starred establishment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in managing daily pastry operations.

Lead and mentor the pastry team in preparation, plating, and service.

Develop and test innovative dessert concepts while upholding the restaurants high standards.

Ensure quality control, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
