We are working with a top-tier IP firm in London who are seeking to find a skilled Patent Formalities Administrator to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make an impact.
This is a 12-month contract role, with plenty scope and opportunities for personal development. To be successful, you must have previous Patent Records / Formalities experience gained within a legal environment. Our client is seeking a candidate to hit the ground running, however appropriate training will be given where required.
If you are CIPA qualified, this will be advantageous although not essential. Duties will include:
- Managing deadlines and updating records systems
- EPO filings: including responses to 71(3) communications
- Billing and general administrative tasks
