About the Role

Operating within a team environment and reporting into a supportive and highly knowledgeable manager, this role will see you carry over your payroll expertise, all whilst providing high quality services as well as the below:

Duties:

  • Process end to end payroll in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of employee data
  • Preparing and processing employee monthly & quarterly data
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internal & external
  • Carry out month-end and year-end duties
  • Calculate all employee entitlements including but not limited to: SMP, SSP, SPP
  • Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level
  • Process and maintain companies benefit schemes
  • Adhere to all payroll related queries and manage the payroll query inbox

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within a complex payroll environment is desirable
  • Strong proven experience utilising Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.)
  • Proven experience performing end to end payroll
  • Prior experience undertaking and managing benefit schemes
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
