My client has identified the need for payroll consultant with implementation exposure to join the payroll function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek a responsible individual, with enthusiasm and the ability to take on new challenges, streamline processes, implement new clients onto a bespoke system, and help support the payroll function.Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' payroll systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
  • Deliver accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly/weekly basis
  • Tax-year End
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to all Legislation
  • Create journals and ad-hoc reports
  • Liaise with HMRC when required
  • Acting as the go-to expert for our customers
  • Implement new features according business requirements

Skills and experience valued in your role * MUST have implementation exposure

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong up to date understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
