With a strong belief in nurturing talent, they focus on empowering individuals to advance in their careers.

As the People Advisor you will work as part of a small close nit team and collaborate with the business to provide a commercial people service across the UK. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the National People team and will support the People Manager with engagement, wellbeing, and D&I initiatives.

This is a pivotal role, where such duties will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Annual Bonus and salary review processes.
  • Employee relations
  • Wellbeing and absence support
  • Performance and Development
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide guidance on Maternity, paternity, parental and shared parental leave
  • Data analysis and Reporting. Review, interpret and analyse people related data

The successful individual will have proven experience operating as a HR Advisor ideally from a financial or professional services organisation. You will have a proactive, "can do" attitude and solutions-driven mindset with an ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment with ongoing project plans, executing against the plan in a timely way. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
