People Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a temporary 2-month contract, with the potential to go permanent! This role offers £35k and will be based 2 days a week in Soho.
As a People Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for general people queries, managing our HR systems, and supporting the implementation of key people processes. You'll play a critical role in an exciting HRIS integration project, streamlining workflows and improving data integrity to ensure a smooth experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle People queries and manage the People inbox with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain People systems (including Hi Bob and UKG), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Oversee key processes like payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits coordination.
- Support on high-impact projects, particularly around HRIS migration and process improvement.
- Work closely with the People team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Must have experience with Hibob
- Experience in administrative roles (preferably in a people operations or HR function).
- A passion for systems, processes, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
