A growing lifestyle brand are looking to expand their team with a newly created People Partner role.
This is a generalist role with an emphasis on talent strategy, to ensure the brand are attracting diverse and high quality talent into the business. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.
Alongside this, the role has a generalist remit. You will contribute to the wider people strategy through delivering employee engagement initiatives, supporting leadership on all people-related matters including Employee Relations and further change management as the business scales.
There is also a big emphasis on culture, employer brand and the candidate experience.
