HR Partner / Lead
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 from home
Salary: Up to £60k + 20% Bonus

The Role:
My client is seeking a talented and motivated HR & Operations Lead to take the reins of their HR function. This is a crucial position to the business in a stand alone capacity from a HR perspective. The successful candidate will have ownership over both the HR and operational functions within the company, working closely with the leadership team to support a rapidly growing business.
This is a permanent role, with one direct report, and offers the opportunity to shape the HR strategy as the business continues to scale. The HR & Operations Lead will be instrumental in collaborating with recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and L&D initiatives, with exposure to international operations as the company expands
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in a start up / scale up environment.
- Strong experience in HR and operations ideally within a sales-focused or recruitment environment.
