Our client is a leading travel company looking for a Performance Marketing Lead, to take charge of the paid media strategy across search, display, and social channels. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and maximising ROI while working closely with the creative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an omni-channel media buying strategy, driving customer acquisition and optimisation.
- Manage all paid campaigns, optimising for performance across the funnel.
- Collaborate on conversion optimisation, from A/B testing to landing page strategy.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for paid channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights.
- Lead marketing experiments to explore new acquisition channels and technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence broader business and marketing strategies.
Experience:
- Proven experience in launching, managing, and optimising multi-channel ad campaigns (Google Ads expertise required).
- A track record of achieving ambitious growth targets in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing budgets of £200k+/month.
- Expertise with Programmatic Advertising, DSPs, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and alignment with our mission.
Bonus Skills:
- SEO, lifecycle, or affiliate marketing experience.
- Experience scaling new markets or managing agencies/contractors.
