They are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator and Personal Assistant to support their Director and contribute to their vibrant team.

Role: PA to Director

Location: Nine Elms, London

Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Office based

Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum

  • Be the first point of contact and gatekeeper to the Director, managing enquiries with professionalism and poise ??
  • Efficiently manage the Director's meetings, travel arrangements, expense claims, and ensure important tasks and deadlines are consistently chased
  • Play a pivotal role in attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing information to key stakeholders and staff ??
  • Prepare and review monthly reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure information is timely and accurate
  • Oversee database management and organise filing of documents to maintain an efficient office system ??
  • Proofread documents with keen attention to detail, ensuring clarity and precision
  • Support project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly ??
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
