PFI Expiry Manager

PFI Expiry Manager - Schools - London - c60k

You will be instrumental in creating, implementing and developing the PFI expiry and hand back strategy, conducting proactive contract risk reviews and the oversight and delivery of specific projects, in order to mitigate risk exposure, across a London schools portfolio of 15 schools.

Managing and developing risk registers, ensuring data including statutory compliance, asset registers, building files, CAFM, TUPE, supply chain and warranty information is up to date and available.

You will review project co hand back surveys to ensure accurate allocation of remediation works and contractual liability between lifecycle, maintenance or other appropriate budget streams. Resolve commercial and escalation discussions. Finance forecasting of expenditure and income for the hand back works, supporting with any tender processes, validating and signing off works. Coordinating the completing of hand back reactive maintenance works.

You will have a thorough understanding of the structure and complexities of PFI contracts, with in depth knowledge of managing complex change management programs with multiple stakeholders.
