We are going through a fantastic period of growth and to support this growth we are looking to hire a PIA Coordinator to lead several teams across London.
This hybrid role would suit someone who has previous experience with Openreach PIA processes. The role will involve co-ordination of PIA activities between the planning, management and delivery functions and will play an integral part in the success of the PIA product deployment.
Duties -
- Finding re-route options
- Submitting A55s for blockages through MappAll
- Arranging noticing for civils, liaising with Traffic Mgt supplier and local authority to plan in civils
- Signing off on completed works/pulling gangs on defects etc
- Ensuring gangs are working safely, safety audits, correct equipment.
- Interfacing with client through calls, emails and updates.
- Ensuring daily diaries are compiled by for site teams
- Recording variations with commercial dept as they occur
- Liaising with LA's and ensuring defects are minimised
- BT Openreach Whereabouts - ensuring site teams are complying with client requirements
- Reviewing Site Teams POWRA submissions
