Picture Framing Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced articulate framing consultant to join the team with our fine art framing business in South Kensington, London. We produce high quality bespoke handmade frames mostly for high profile private clients, galleries, museums and artists. The successful candidate must have experience dealing directly with the public and with end-to-end bespoke framing.

Responsibilities;

• Providing professionalassistance to clients relating to framing of artwork, mirrors and other presentation solutions
• Interfacing with the workshop team to manage client job production.
• Creating work orders for the workshop using Customer Relationship Management System.
• Providingpricing and estimates and invoicing to clients
• Managing supplier relationships
• End-to-end design of bespoke framing solutions with clients
• General officeadministration and interfacingwith emails from clients and suppliers
• Liaising with bookkeeper on client and supplier accounting
• Compiling operational management reports

The job role will be full-time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary. Ideally you should have a full UK drivers license, bemeticulous, haveattention to detail, open minded, flexible and a team player. You will be required to cope under a pressurised, high energy environment and working to tight deadlines. Wages are variable dependent on the job and experience of the candidate, but will be between £23,920 and £35,000 pa.plus incentives. The role will be based upon a 40 hour week.ShareSaturday coverage will be expected.
