Planner Scheduler

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Planner.

Our client is a well-established, leading Property Maintenance Company and due to continued growth, is expanding its Admin team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm
• 1x Saturday every 6 weeks (9:30am-1:30pm)

Ideal Candidate:

• Full UK Driving License
• 1 Years Experience

Job Description:

• Assist the administration team with the planning of work schedules
• Book, allocate and organise work for operatives.
• Liaising with Surveyors and arranging joint visits
• Handling in/outbound telephone/ email enquires
• Liaise with suppliers, operatives, customers/clients and other office staff.
• To communicate and check engineers work from the previous day to ensure all jobs are closed down
• General office admin
