We are working with a highly regarding city based law firm who are seeking a plot sales paralegal to join their real estate team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of files and gain exposure of a broad range of property work in a busy and friendly team. Hybrid working is in place, with a minimum requirement of three days a week in the London office.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work on both shared ownership and outright sales and deal with all aspects of post completion including dealing with requisitions. You will assist on stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals ensuring that strict timelines are adhered to at all times. A key aspect of the role will require you to communicate positively with clients and other parties both on the telephone and by email and manage a range of clients resourcefully.
Applicants will have successfully completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous experience working as a paralegal, preferably within a plot sales environment. Solid drafting skills are essential, coupled with the ability to work on multiple cases concurrently. First class organisations skills are paramount.
