Experienced Plumber Multi wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector
Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Plumber Multis for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association based in the West London area.
There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this/next week!
As a Plumber Multi your day to day will look like:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for a confident Plumber that is capable of completing minor multi trades also
Please note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification is needed to be considered for this role.
About the Plumber Multi role:
Salary: Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.
