Join our team of professionals in an environment tailored for apprentices, existing tradespeople, and employers. We are looking for an experienced Plumber, Gas Engineer, or a seasoned Plumbing & Heating/Gas/HVAC Lecturer/Assessor eager to pass on their skills to the next generation.The role involves delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds and leading full-cost evening courses.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with apprentices in both classroom settings and hands-on workshops.
  • Conduct assessments in the workplace, ensuring apprentices meet the required skill levels.
  • Collaborate with a small, enthusiastic, and highly committed team to deliver top-notch training and support.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities provided by our Teaching Skills Academy and Leadership Development Academy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber, Gas Engineer, or in a similar role within the industry.
  • For those new to teaching, no prior teaching qualifications are necessary—we provide support to gain credentials.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and passion for sharing knowledge with the next generation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
