As a PMO Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the CEO in all efforts linked to management and maximising growth of Business Units. You will be responsible for preparing Executive Committee meetings, capturing decisions and actions, following up on action items, ensuring that strategic initiatives are led to completion across different functions, coordinating projects portfolio, reporting progress to the Executive team, and representing the CEO in some meetings.

The ideal PMO Coordinator will bring at least 5+ years of experience in relevant areas such as business administration, project management, key functions or consulting background. They will have a good understanding of the insurance and assistance business along with experience working with intercultural teams in an international environment. They will possess a strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and strong autonomy. Their results-driven mindset coupled with their structured approach towards work will enable them to excel in this role. They will also have excellent ability to filter information and prioritise competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities/experience;

  • At least 5+ years of experience in relevant areas such as business administration, project management, key functions, or consulting background
  • Support the CEO in all efforts linked to management and maximising growth of Business Units
  • Prepare Executive Committee meetings, capture decisions and actions, and follow-up on action items
  • Ensure that strategic initiatives and decisions are led to completion across the BUs and different functions
  • Engage with Strategic stakeholders taking responsibility for own input and action
  • Coordinate, participate and/or lead a projects portfolio and report progress to the Executive team
