- Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and task coordination
- Maintain and update project plans, documentation, and reports in alignment with PMO processes
- Prepare regular status reports for management and key stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards and frameworks
- Track project performance against established KPIs and objectives
- Collect and analyse project-related data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency
- Track and report on project budgets, costs, and resource utilisation across various projects
- Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure efficient use
- Monitor and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Support project managers in developing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining risk logs
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions
- Assist in creating templates, guides, and other resources to support best practices in project management
- 5+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or PMO role
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana, Dev Ops
- PRINCE2 Foundation, or other relevant certifications are advantageous
- Day rate: £375 per day
- IR35 status: Outside IR35
- Contract length: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid / London (4 days per week essential)
