Position: PMO Support

Duration: Initial 6 Months (with potential scope for a permanent opportunity!)

Location: West London or Warwick (candidate choice), hybrid - On-site 2 days per week

With high PMO and professional standards, work with our client and their stakeholders to successfully support their engagement programme, in particular on their strategic project to create a Hydrogen backbone in the UK!

Key accountabilities include:

  • Working within the business development, customer, and stakeholder teams
  • Reporting - Track the status of the programme and progress against performance measures.
  • Governance - Ensure effective governance through the timely production of plans and dashboards .
  • CRM - Support the team in developing insights by building key customer profiles in Salesforce and maintaining that data input.
  • Risk and assurance - Support through articulation and tracking of programme risks.
  • Team Support - Covering adhoc admin tasks and sending out reminders for upcoming meetings, presentations, and their requirements/ planning.

What is required:

  • Project management skills - Such as experience of programme/project planning.
  • CRM skills - Experience of maintaining CRM databases, ideally Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder management skills - Experience of communicating with internal stakeholders, and adept at building positive relationships.
  • Professional and organised with a high-level of attention to detail. Able to work on own and also with large virtual teams, delivering at pace, and producing high quality outputs.
  • Relevant PMO experience and/or project management in the energy industry (beneficial) or a regulated industry with stakeholder engagement.
