Your new Lloyd's Broking house are a highly respected broker and are renowned globally for their specialist market knowledge, intelligent analysis, and insight. Their staff are highly motivated and hungry to bring success to their clients in every transaction. Due to growth of the Technical Teams a permanent job for a Policy Wordings Technician has arisen.Your new roleYour new job working as a Policy Wordings Technician will require you to provide wordings technical support to the non-US markets such as Caribbean, Latam, etc. Duties will include drafting property wordings, contracts and submissions with a focus on legal and contractual elements, submitting contracts to market reinsurers and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. Other duties will include checking MRCs and especially the wordings on new business MRCs.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Policy Wordings Technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will need policy wordings experience in non-US territories such as the Caribbean, Latam, etc. and must be able to check MRCs, especially the wordings on new business MRCs. You will be working across the Property, Casualty, Political Violence and Terrorism teams.
