Role Overview:
As a PPA Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high quality of teaching across various year groups. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborative Teaching: Partner with classroom teachers to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that boost student engagement and academic achievement.
Assessment and Feedback: Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journeys.
Focused Teaching Delivery: You will not be required to attend staff meetings, allowing you to concentrate fully on delivering exceptional lessons across all phases of the primary curriculum.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential certification for teaching in UK schools.
Experience and Passion: A proven commitment to delivering outstanding education across primary phases, coupled with a genuine passion for teaching.
