An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Preconstruction Manager to take the lead in bid and tender processes for high-end fit-out projects in London.

A Preconstruction Manager Will Be:

A Preconstruction Manager will be leading the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for luxury fit-out projects.
A Preconstruction Manager will be acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
A Preconstruction Manager will be developing competitive bid strategies and ensuring high-quality, compelling proposals.
A Preconstruction Manager will be overseeing the transition from preconstruction to project execution, ensuring alignment.
A Preconstruction Manager will be identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.

A Preconstruction Manager Must Have:

A Preconstruction Manager must have proven experience in bid/tender management, ideally within the luxury fit-out or high-end construction sector.
