A small-to-medium Consultancy with a reputation for nurturing and developing careers are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to oversee an exciting portfolio. They are on the lookout for a motivated Principal Designer / CDM Consultant, with 1+ years' experience within CDM who is willing to develop with a business. They always look to promote from within and will provide an opportunity to work on projects which include prestigious London Landmarks.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors, including some of the most prestigious contracts within the company. You will work within a CDM department as well as others, over various PD and PD support contracts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year within a CDM role
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
