A smaller sized, family-feel construction consultancy that's renowned for attention to detail, is looking for a Principal Designer (CDM) to take on an interesting portfolio, including some unique Heritage work. We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Principal Designer to join a friendly team within a Hybrid working pattern. The Principal Designer (CDM) Role

As a Principal Designer (CDM), you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors, as well as Heritage and MOD projects. This role will consist of Principal Design services and PD support. Allowing for a variance in your day-to-day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (Preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 years in CDM roles
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
