Do you have leadership experience within Print Finishing and are looking to head up a tight-knit team of operatives within a market-leading company who are known for looking after their staff and who offer a good work life balance due to the days-based nature of the role?
This market leading Manufacturing company have rapidly grown since their establishment to the point they now have over 350 employees and a turnover of 100m+. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly Production team.
This Monday-Friday role will see you overseeing a team of operatives across 3 shift you manage the team to KPIs, train and support junior team members and undertake some hands on operating of various print finishing machinery. You will also ensure compliance to H&S processes and work with the Production Manager and Director as you work Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00.
This role would suit a Print Shop Manager or similar looking for a permanent and local Monday-Friday role within a leading manufacturer offering a good work life balance and the chance to continually progress.
The Role:
* Overseeing teams of operatives across 3 shifts
* Carry out some hands on operation of machinery as requires
* Support and train junior team members
* Work closely with Production Manager and Director
* Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00
The Person:
* Print Shop Leadership background
* Experience operating Litho / finishing machines
* Commutable to Tottenham
