We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Private Dining Rooms Manager to join our passionate team at Private member's club, located in the heart of Belgravia.
Private Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of private dining experiences at the Club. This role involves managing all aspects of the guest experience and ensuring that private events are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure events run seamlessly and manage event timelines, ensuring all services are delivered promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their private dining events and ensure all events meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
