Our client, a reputable long established Will Writing firm based in West London are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Probate Consultant. If you are passionate about providing exceptional client service and have a strong understanding of probate processes, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £40,000 per annum, based on experience

Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for career growth

Hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm option for hybrid once fully trained

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish

Assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning

Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process

Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience working as a Probate Consultant or similar role

Law Degree with CILEX/LPC/STEP

In-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration processes, Trusts, inheritance Tax

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues

Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines

Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service
