Dcoded are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join an agile team and help shape the future of an innovative platform focused on transforming the mortgage and financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, product development, and the opportunity to create user-friendly solutions that simplify complex processes.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, design, and customer success, to deliver products that meet business objectives and address real user needs. You’ll own the product backlog, define features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, impactful features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are implemented first and aligned with the product vision.
• User-Centered Development: Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and analytics to define product requirements and create user stories that resonate with the end-user experience.
• Collaboration with Teams: Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, facilitating effective communication to deliver robust, user-centered solutions.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and anticipates future needs.
• Sprint Leadership: Guide and motivate agile teams during sprints, ensuring each release delivers measurable value and learning opportunities.
• Market & Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, driving efficiency and innovation in product delivery

Qaulifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in agile environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Solid communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements into business value.
