We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Product and Technical Manager to lead and manage the installation and startup of a state-of-the-art bottling plant in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining high standards in product quality and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the installation, setup, and commissioning of the London bottling plant.
• Develop and implement technical processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the start-up phase to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during plant setup and early-stage operations.
• Ensure the plant meets all regulatory and safety requirements while maintaining high product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on technical processes and best practices within the bottling operation.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale installation projects, preferably in manufacturing or bottling industries.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of bottling processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex tasks while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.
