Professional Services Lead - Data and AI

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Professional Services AI Lead (Data and AI) to drive the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions to our clients. This role combines deep technical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence with strong leadership and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the AI strategy, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI initiatives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Design:

Lead AI consulting engagements with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable AI solutions.

Design and implement AI and machine learning strategies tailored to client requirements.

AI Strategy & Implementation:

Define and execute the AI roadmap for clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and objectives.

Lead the implementation of AI models, tools, and platforms to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and other technical experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop technical and professional skills.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with senior leadership to develop AI strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.

Serve as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery.

Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Expertise in AI technologies (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of AI implementation, cloud computing platforms, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
