PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Urgent requirement for a Programme Director to join a leading insurance company.
Length: initial 10 month contract
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in London
IR35 Status: Outside
The Programme Director for Digital Adoption will partner with the business to devise strategies and plans aimed at increasing the customer adoption of digital services across Sales, Service and Claims. This role will focus on the customer take up of capabilities delivering across the Business Portfolio with the principle aim of shifting customer behaviour from voice channels to self serve digital touch points.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and devise tailored digital adoption strategies.Develop and implement comprehensive plans to increase customer adoption of digital services.Monitor and analyse customer feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve digital services.Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure the successful rollout of digital initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of digital adoption initiatives.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in digital adoption project would be highly advantageous Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Experience in digital transformation and customer engagement strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Knowledge of the latest digital technologies and trends.
