QS required ASAP for Central London based Main Contractor on 3m Fit Out project

I have an urgent requirement for an Intermediate or Project level QS on a freelance, temp-to-perm or perm basis, working for one of my clients on a 3m fit out project.

You'll come from a main contracting background, preferably within Fit Out / Refurb, though build experience will also be considered. Ideally having run your own project/s commercially, or been no.2 or part of a team on a larger project but wanting to take a step up to commercially manage your own project.

The client's office is in Central London but the project itself is outside of London, so will involve bi-monthly site visits - an opportunity to visit an attractive town outside of London!

The position is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or perm basis and for an immedite interview and start.
