THE R&D TAX ADVISOR ROLE:As a R&D Tax Advisor, you will play a key role in preparing and submitting compliant claims for R&D Tax Credits, supporting clients in defending these claims during compliance checks, and contributing to business development. You'll collaborate closely with C-suite executives, technical leads, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, insightful services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on R&D tax legislation and its application to innovative projects.
  • Prepare and file financial claims in line with R&D Tax Relief schemes.
  • Support clients with HMRC enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required financial and technical data.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance client outcomes.

R&D TAX ADVISOR - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 2-5 years of experience in R&D tax consultancy, with strong knowledge of UK R&D Tax Credits.
  • Deep understanding of the CIRD and BIS guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • London-based or willing to work in a hybrid capacity.
