One of our global clients is looking for a R2R GPO to drive and deliver new R2R processes and policies across a multinational SSC.

Role: R2R GPO

Contract: 6 months initially

Day Rate: £800pd - £1,000pd Inside IR35

Location: London (hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in a central London office)

The Hiring Manager describes this role as:

"A critical role to design and deliver a new consolidated global R2R process across a relatively new Shared Service Centre in Europe, spanning across 10 different countries. We have recently delivered a new SSC in Europe for 10 different countries, however the R2R process is still independant across all 10 countries. We are looking for someone to shape, design and then deliver a new consolidated and standard R2R process and policies gloablly."

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a R2R GPO, with hands-on experience delivering R2R transformational change
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end BAU R2R process, with evidence suggesting and delivering process improvements
  • Experience driving R2R change as part of a Shared Service Centre (SSC)
  • Background in Finance, having worked in the R2R tower beneficial
  • Ability to break down complexity and simplify change for the business - strong stakeholder management vital
  • Experience facing off to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies critical.

This is an initial 6 month contract inside IR35, with travel to their London office.
