Real Estate Paralegal

A leading law firm based in the City of London, who is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for its outstanding Real Estate team, is seeking to hire a Paralegal to join its dynamic practice.  The role offers the opportunity to provide legal and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

  • Salary £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Working hours 09:30-17:30 (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Case administration and document management
  • Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
  • Preparing completion statements and handling completions
  • Preparing Land Registry forms
  • Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
  • Typing of own correspondence and bills

Real Estate Paralegal Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have two years of experience in plot sales work and be able to demonstrate acumen for and significant interest in residential development work
  • Prepared to work outside contractual hours as and when required
  • Works well to deadlines
