We are seeking a dedicated Reception Cover to join our team in Sanctuary Buildings SW1P 3BT

Days/Hours Required:

Start Monday 18.11.24 at 10am for induction until 5pm then

Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5PM

Mandatory Compliance Requirements:

  • Proof of address - Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Council Tax (dated within 3 months)
  • Proof of National Insurance: NI Card, Payslip, letter about Tax/Pension or Benefits
  • Right to work - passport, birth certificate
  • Previous 12 months employment history or character reference (including dates from/to and email address)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety, quality and trust policies
  • To work with the staffing team and actively participate as a vital member of the team ensuring a efficient running of the department
  • Keep areas clean and tidy

  • Will be required to use a telephone time & attendance clocking system
  • Must be comfortable lone working
  • Being a key holder and using an alarm panel, where applicable
