A small prestigious international bank is seeking a friendly and conscientious individual to work in a front facing role (70% reception / 30% PA).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception, meeting rooms, greeting all visitors, providing refreshments etc
- Managing the post & couriers
- PA support to senior manager - diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, prepare reports/presentations etc
Your experience must include:
- Strong proven Reception and PA skills gained within a corporate environment - preferably a financial institution
- Excellent communication/presentation and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint
- Arabic language skills would be advantageous
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the office.
