Sandiford Green Ltd are working with leading Patent Attorneys to recruit a key member of the team working on Patent Record Management.

Key responsibilities:

This new role will join a hard working Patent Records & Formalities team, providing the highest standards of support to the Firm’s Patent Attorneys. Duties handled by the team include the full range of records and formalities administration, covering UK, EP, PCT and foreign patent matters, EP grant and renewals.

We are looking for:

A proven track record in records and formalities practices and administration. The ideal candidate may have a couple of years of experience or might be highly experienced and ready to make an impact at a new firm. Experience with Inprotech is essential, holding the CIPAIPAC qualification is desirable.

The right candidate will be flexible and highly organised; they will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a strong eye for detail, along with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a strong work ethic will be essential.

Hybrid working: 4 days in the London office during the probationary period, 3 days following the successful completion

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
